At Wheelie Good Stickers, we offer free standard delivery on all orders. Orders are typically processed and posted out within 1-2 business days. Standard delivery times vary depending on your location and can range from 2-7 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this information to track your package and to ensure that someone is available to receive the package at the shipping address.

We use Royal Mail. Please note that we are not responsible for any delays or issues that may arise during delivery, such as weather or other unforeseen circumstances.

 

Refunds & Returns Policy:

At Wheelie Good Stickers, we are committed to providing high-quality products and excellent customer service. We do not offer refunds or returns on our products unless the customer is proven to be not at fault.

If you receive a sticker with incorrect information, please check the information you submitted. If it is due to our error, please contact us at orders@wheelie-good-stickers.com within 7 days of receiving your order and we will replace the sticker at no additional cost to you. We will require proof of the error, such as a photo of the sticker.

If you receive a damaged or defective sticker, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of receiving your order and we will replace the sticker at no additional cost to you. We may require proof of the damage or defect, such as a photo of the sticker.

Please note that if the item you have purchased was personalised with specific information. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the information provided for custom stickers is accurate and correct before placing the order.
